Terms And Conditions for the Yokohama Europe GmbH Voucher Promotion
1. General
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to the YOKOHAMA voucher promotion 2026
(hereinafter referred to as “Promotion”).
(2) The organiser of this Promotion is Yokohama Europe GmbH, Monschauer Straße 12,
40549 Düsseldorf, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
(3) Participating authorised distribution partners are all distributors who offer Yokohama
brand tyres.
(4) Reward Srl, Viale Edoardo Jenner, 53, 20158 Milan, Italy (hereinafter referred to as
“Reward”) is responsible for the technical implementation of the Promotion.
(5) The Promotion applies to purchases made from Participating Authorised Distributors
between 1st May, 00:00 am, and 30st June, 12:00 pm (hereinafter referred to as the
“Promotion Period”). The date on the purchase receipt is decisive.
2. Eligibility
(1) Only natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and who are acting as
consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are eligible
to participate.
(2) The Organiser is entitled to exclude participants from the Promotion in the event of
misuse or any other violation of these terms and conditions. Misuse is deemed to have
occurred in particular if a participant provides false, incomplete or misleading
information, falsifies the existence of participation requirements or manipulates the
technical process.
3. Participation Requirements
(1) During the Promotion Period, the participant must purchase two or four YOKOHAMA
winter or all-season tyres from 17 inches upwards, as listed in the table below, from a
Participating Authorised Distributor (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Product”).
(2) Participants must register at yokohamapromotions.com/uk/landing (hereinafter
referred to as “YOKOHAMA Voucher Portal”) by filling in the required fields and
uploading the proof of purchase to the online YOKOHAMA Voucher Portal within 2 weeks
after the purchase, which proves that the Promotion Products were purchased from an
Authorised Distribution Partner during the Promotion Period.
(3) After successful verification of the eligibility requirements, the participant will receive
a digital voucher code by email within a maximum of 7 days from the date of uploading
the proof of purchase, as shown in the following table:

(4) To redeem the voucher, the participant must log in to the YOKOHAMA Voucher Portal,
enter the digital voucher code from the confirmation email in the field provided. They
can then redeem it at the partner companies listed there.
(5) The digital voucher code is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this
period, it loses its validity and can no longer be used.
(6) The Organiser is solely responsible for providing the digital voucher code. In the event
of theft, damage, or loss, the vouchers cannot be blocked, replaced, or refunded, and
the organizer shall not be held liable for their improper or unauthorized use. The
respective partner company is solely responsible for the redemption and redemption
conditions of the selected voucher. Clause 4 remains unaffected by this.
(7) Cash payment, return or transfer of the voucher to third parties is excluded.
4. Liability
(1) The Organiser is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
(2) In the case of simple negligence, the Organiser shall only be liable for damages
resulting from the breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfilment of which
is indispensable for achieving the purpose of the contract (Kardinalspflichten), except in
cases of injury to life, limb or health. In this case, liability shall be limited to the
foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
(3) Otherwise, the Organiser’s liability is excluded.

6. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), but taking into account the
mandatory provisions applicable under the law of the country in which the consumer
has their habitual residence. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising
from or in connection with this promotion is, to the extent permitted by law, the
Organiser’s registered office in Düsseldorf.
